Getting Started

Sign up, create your church profile, set your denomination and timezone, then invite your team. Church administrators can manage all data; group leaders see their groups; members see their own records.

  1. Create your free account at lighthousechrm.web.app
  2. Enter your church name, denomination, and location
  3. Invite staff as administrators or group leaders
  4. Import your member list via CSV or add people manually

Search, filter, and manage every member. Add contact info, notes, family links, and tags. Export to CSV anytime.

Groups

  1. Record a donation by selecting the member and fund (General, Missions, Building Fund, etc.)
  2. Review per-person giving history

  1. Create a follow-up and assign it to a staff member
  2. Set a priority (High, Medium, Low) and due date

  1. Record attendance for Sunday service (or Sunday School, Youth Group, Kingdom Kids)

  1. Post a General, Urgent, Event, or Prayer announcement
  2. Enable push notifications so members receive real-time alerts

  1. Create an event with title, date, time, and category
  2. Choose a color code for the calendar

  1. In Settings, click “Convert to Multi-Campus” — you become the Organization Administrator
  2. Add each campus and pick its size — every campus has its own plan, priced by its own directory

  4. Each campus has fully isolated data and its own team
